We work with a wide range of accessible vehicles, including wheelchair-accessible vans and vehicles equipped with specialized mobility equipment and driving aids. Our team helps customers navigate the process from initial inquiry through vehicle selection, purchase, modification, delivery, and ongoing service.
As a Sales Administrator at Motion Accessible Vehicles, you will provide essential administrative and customer-service support to our vehicle sales team. You will be one of the key points of contact for customers and will help ensure that every vehicle purchase or conversion progresses smoothly from initial inquiry to delivery. This is a hands-on role in a busy automotive and accessibility environment. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, suppliers, financing partners, service department, and other Motion locations to coordinate information, documentation, payments, vehicle orders, and deliveries.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with customers, able to manage multiple priorities, and enjoys finding solutions when things don't go exactly as planned.
