Position Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. You will collaborate with sales and operations teams to manage customer accounts, process orders, and support revenue growth. This role suits someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring accurate lead tracking and customer records.
  2. Process orders and generate invoices using QuickBooks Online.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
  4. Generate sales reports and performance metrics.
  5. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and internal documents.
  6. Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve sales cycle efficiency.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support or administration.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and QuickBooks Online is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently remotely.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality commitment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in fleet, automotive, or diagnostics sectors is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus structure.
