Avantier, a renowned provider of cutting-edge custom optical solutions with a legacy spanning 25 years, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire sales process, spearhead revenue growth initiatives, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and CEO. Responsibilities:


As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  1. Proactively source leads, forge new partnerships, and build a robust sales pipeline to drive long-term business growth.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  3. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations via Zoom or in-person, showcasing company solutions.
  4. Conduct daily cold calls, actively pursue leads, and manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
  5. Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored, effective solutions.
  6. Meet with clients and support the sales team in surpassing revenue targets.
  7. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with strategic plans for growth.
Skills/Qualifications:


The ideal Sales Account Executive will have:

  1. Proven success with 5+ years of B2B sales experience, managing sales cycles of 4 months or longer.
  2. Ability to manage the full sales cycle process to drive revenue.
  3. Skilled in managing the complete sales cycle to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
  4. Experience attending conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish and strengthen professional relationships.
  5. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple inbound leads and effectively follow up throughout the sales cycle.
  6. Experience in negotiating and closing deals with clients is a must.
  7. Ability to remain calm and collaborate with customers to effectively resolve challenging issues.
  8. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential to thrive in our company culture.
  9. Proactive in sourcing new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships to ensure a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
  11. Willingness to travel as needed (20-25%).
  12. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.

Compensation: CAD 90,000 – CAD 110,000 base pay + commission and bonus
