As a Sales Account Coordinator, you will be part of a sales team with proven industry success with one of the primary telecommunications companies in Canada. Your previous experience in sales or customer service will help you provide high-quality customer service, proactively develop new business, and build long-lasting client relationships.

Our team, working throughout Canada in the telecommunications industry, is growing rapidly. If you are energetic and looking to develop your sales skills, you will excel in this exciting role. No previous telecommunications experience is required!

This is exclusively a 100% commission role with no base salary. We offer additional sales bonuses and incentives, along with a comprehensive two-week paid training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success from day one.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Identify leads and potential new clients in multi-dwelling buildings
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with building owners and property management companies
  • Report challenges and successes against business KPIs to management
  • Present a professional image through effective communication
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze data and advise on new opportunities
  • Coordinate logistics of wiring build schedules with partners and owners
  • Secure wiring permissions within multi-dwelling units as part of the Access Agreement process
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Valid provincial driver’s license and a satisfactory driver’s abstract
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and security clearance
Work Conditions:
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; regular shift Tuesday-Saturday
  • 100% commission with advancement opportunities
  • Extensive travel may be required
