Martin Brower Canada seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead 24-7 multi-temp warehouse and inventory operations across its region. You will drive safety, service, and financial targets through continuous improvement and strong supervision of the warehouse and inventory teams.

Responsibilities include developing training, enforcing safety, managing costs, and delivering timely KPI reporting. A university degree in logistics and 3–5 years of leadership in warehousing are required.

Formación

• University degree / college diploma in logistics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in warehouse and inventory control management with leadership responsibilities.
• High-velocity distribution experience is a strong asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, productive, timely execution of warehouse and inventory control operations.
• Lead warehouse supervisory and inventory control teams.
• Develop and administer cost-effective operational schedules.
• Oversee safety programs, training, and compliance with policies and legislation.
• Prepare and analyze performance and financial reports.
