Job summary

AFL in Calgary, Canada is seeking an experienced EHS Program Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across the organization.

You will partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement, manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance training, KPIs, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and improve EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management, risk management, regulatory compliance, and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS projects and initiatives aligned with safety objectives and business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of EHS programs, procedures, training, and reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, implement solutions, and strengthen safety performance.
• Support regulatory compliance and environmental, health, and safety legislation.
• Enhance EHS reporting and KPI analytics.
• Advance digital learning and training solutions for accessibility and engagement.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
