Amazon Inc. is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to drive safety program excellence and culture. You will lead audits, investigations and risk assessments while delivering engaging training to associates and promoting a proactive safety mindset.

You will advocate for associate wellbeing, partner with leadership, and translate safety data into actionable improvements to support safe operations at various sites in Alberta, Canada.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable safety standards.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs and trainings.
• Ability to translate safety data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs, audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety trainings and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build cross‑functional partnerships.
• Maintain safety records and analyze data for continuous improvement.
