Aecon Concessions is seeking a Safety Advisor for a site-based role in Sicamous, BC. You will actively promote health, safety and environmental culture across all levels of staff in alignment with Aecon’s Manual. The position includes a Living Out Allowance and Project Uplift.
The role requires 3–5 years in construction safety, formal safety certifications (CRSP/NCSO/COR), and strong training/facilitation skills. Night shifts may be required.

Aecon, in partnership with EAC, has been awarded a contract to construct the new R.W. Bruhn Bridge, located in Sicamous, BC. This project will include a new four lane bridge featuring a 3-meter wide pedestrian and cyclist path, 1.9 kms of highway, intersection improvements and the removal of the old bridge. This will be an opportunity to work in the beautiful Shuswap region of South Central, BC and be part of collaborative team to deliver an important infrastructure project for the community of Sicamous and the BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
Reporting to the EHS Manager, the SafetyAdvisor will be responsible to actively promote a health, safety and environmental culture to all levels of employees with the policies and procedures of Aecon’s Health, Safety and Environmental Manual. This is a site based position located in Sicamous, BC. A Living Out Allowance and Project Uplift will be provided.
The expected pay range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 per year
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
