Job summary

Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Russian language teacher for a private client in Abbotsford, BC. The position is part-time, with in-person lessons at local venues such as UFV library or a nearby public location, tailored to a 22-year-old client at Elementary level.

Sessions occur twice weekly, 2 hours total per session, with flexible scheduling. Start date is immediate; candidates must be within 30 km of Abbotsford and able to work without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Be a native Russian speaker or hold a teaching qualification.
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter.
• Have a valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 30 km of Abbotsford, BC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Russian language lessons to a single client in Abbotsford.
• Schedule sessions twice per week during daytime/evening hours.
• Travel to teaching locations (Abbotsford public venues) as needed.

Position Details

We are currently looking for a freelance Russian language teacher for one of our clients in Abbotsford, BC

• Session length: two hours (total of 25 x 2-hour sessions)
• Location: atUFV library, Abbotsford V2S 7M8, or a public locationcloser todowntownAbbotsford

• Current language level: Elementary
• Schedule: twice per week, either on Thursday, Friday, Saturdayor/and Sunday, any time between 12noon and9:00pm
• Start Date: as soon as possible
• Motivation: heritage and potential business

Ideal Candidate
