Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in community and/or primary care medicine.
• Current registration with the NPAO and evidence of liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment, screening, prevention, and management to individuals.
• Perform health assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Document all assessments and interactions in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members for patient outcomes.
