The Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a Clinical Mental Health Therapist - Staff to join the Esterhazy District Medical Clinic as part of the Primary Health Care Team. You will deliver behavioral health supports, screen functional needs, and develop treatment plans with the Primary Health Care Provider.

This full-time temporary role requires licensure eligibility, strong counseling and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Services/Health Sciences or related field.
• Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable.
• Registered/eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body.

Mansioni

• Provide behavioral health supports within the Primary Health Care Team.
• Screen functional status and develop behavioral change plans with the Primary Health Care Provider.
• Develop and implement behavioral health care plans and make referrals as required.
