Job summary

Health Match BC seeks an Emergency Medicine physician to join a dynamic team in Williams Lake, BC, contributing to 24/7 ED coverage and teaching medical students and residents.

You will work within a collaborative network with internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, general surgery, pediatrics, and psychiatry, and have access to NAVIG8 leadership development opportunities in a rural setting.

Qualifications

• CCFP, CCFP (EM), or FRCPC in Emergency Medicine required or eligible to apply.
• Mentorship and teaching of medical students and residents encouraged.
• Willingness to participate in NAVIG8 leadership program.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor medical students and residents.
• Collaborate with internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, pediatrics, and psychiatry.
• Participate in rural teaching programs and leadership development opportunities.
