Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Identity Access Management Consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle IAM systems, including OAM, OUD, OIM, and related technologies. The candidate will lead design, setup, and integration of Oracle IAM solutions for Ontario Health’s ONEID service, ensuring high availability, security, and interoperability with existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure Oracle IAM components in active-active multi-data center environments.
• Integrate Oracle IAM with existing health sector systems and establish SSO interoperability.
• Develop detailed documentation including design, deployment, and integration guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience as a Solution Architect on Oracle IAM systems.
• At least 7 years setting up Oracle OAM and OUD in multi-data center configurations.
• Experience with high-availability deployment on Red Hat OpenShift.
• Expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, TLS/SSL, PKI, and related security standards.
• Must be associated with a recognized Gold Oracle IAM Partner for over 7 years.

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of IAM best practices and security technologies.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence, and monitoring tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
