Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 12 years’ experience as a solution architect on Oracle Identity Access Management systems (10G, 11G, 12C), with successful modeling and implementation of end-to-end solutions.
• At least 7 years experience setting up 11G and 12C OAM and OUD in active-active multi-data center configurations.
• Minimum 3 years solution development with Oracle 12C OAM and OUD.
• Over 10 years of integration experience with Oracle IAM suite, including OAM, OIM, OUD/OVD, Oracle HTTP Server, Microsoft AD, and Oracle databases.
• Expertise in tuning Oracle IAM suites for high availability on WebLogic and Linux.
• Must be associated with a recognized Gold Oracle IAM Partner for over 7 years.
• Expert in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, TLS/SSL, and PKI for SSO.
• Ability to translate architecture concepts into practical solutions and produce clear documentation.

Background & Responsibilities

• Support Ontario Health’s ONEID service, based on Oracle Identity Access Management suite, for secure health information access.
• Configure and implement Oracle IAM components, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Oracle Identity Management (OIM).
• Design high-availability, multi-data center solutions and ensure interoperability with existing systems.
• Document all design, installation, and configuration procedures.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide weekly updates to project stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Experience with Oracle IAM Suite Plus, Microsoft Active Directory, Red Hat OpenShift, and monitoring tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Knowledge of IT security technologies, including encryption, PKI, and TLS/SSL.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
• Minimum 10 years as a solution architect in Oracle IAM, with specific experience in high-availability setups.
• Must be associated with a recognized Gold Oracle IAM Partner for over 7 years.
• Experience deploying Oracle 12C OAM and OUD on Red Hat OpenShift.
• Development experience in SSO federation is a plus.
