Home Care Assistance of Barrie, Ontario is seeking an RPN to provide nursing care in a Collingwood LTC facility. Shifts vary from mornings to evenings to overnights and every other weekend. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

The role includes cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support, crisis intervention, and close communication with clients and families. Valid First Aid/CPR within 12 months is required, with WSIB coverage and benefits after 30+ hours per week.

Formación

• RPN certification required.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certificate within last 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care.
• Drivers license and reliable car are mandatory for this position.
• Providing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support.
• Provide behavior support and crisis intervention.
• Maintaining open communication with client and their family.
• Monitoring care plan and documenting changes.
• Responding to emergencies.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Follow Care Plan.
• Clear and detailed care notes.
