Qualifications

• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
• Valid BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing holistic, patient-centred nursing care that promotes comfort, dignity and recovery.
• Safely administering medications in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
• Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and families on care plans, health management, and discharge preparation.
