Duties And Responsibilities:

• Provide client care through observation, assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching; act as nurse in charge if required.
• Follow care plans ensuring emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety of clients within scope of practice.
• Perform routine nursing duties per policies and provincial standards.
• Carry out specialized procedures with recognized training and current competency.
• Observe and document client conditions and changes per standards.
• Implement infection prevention practices.
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement activities.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in health & safety activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Education:

• RN or RPN graduate from an accredited nursing school with current provincial registration.
• Current CPR certification.

• Clear criminal background check (including vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
