Responsibilities
- Monitoring Automations:
- Support production bots across retail operations such as inventory, supply chain, pricing, and finance.
- Provide L1/L2 support, incident tracking, resolution, and escalation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Perform health checks and ensure SLA compliance.
- Document incidents, changes, and resolutions.
- Track KPIs using UiPath Insights.
- Bug Fixes and CRs:
- Identify and fix production bot failures, perform hot fixes, and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and code deployment.
- Prioritize bugs based on severity.
- API & Enterprise System Integrations:
- Monitor integration services in UiPath Orchestrator.
- Review and upgrade authentication mechanisms.
- Perform POCs for new integrations.
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps (Azure):
- Basic knowledge of Azure portal.
- Manage credentials using Azure Key Vault / AWS Secrets Manager.
- Use Azure containers for configuration management.
- Leverage CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams for patching and upgrades.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work with analysts, architects, and developers for seamless automation operations.
- Participate in post-deployment reviews and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years in RPA, with at least 2 in UiPath Production Support.
- Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and exception handling.
- Proficiency in log analysis, troubleshooting, SQL, and scripting.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes is a plus.
- Good communication skills and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD) is required.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of MS Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with retail automation processes.
- ITIL certification or experience.
- Exposure to API integrations and AI tools.
