Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather business and system requirements and translate to specs.
• Refine backlog, prioritize requirements, and produce detailed user feedback.
• Design optimized workflows using RPA tools and translate requirements to functional specs.
• Perform data analysis with Excel/BI tools and ensure data quality.
• Create and maintain process maps, manuals, and test plans.
