Job summary

Insight Global in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an experienced RPA Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automated processes that align with business requirements. You will identify opportunities, collaborate with IT, operations, and business units, and maintain and optimize workflows while integrating AI/ML capabilities.

You will ensure governance, security, and scalable automation across teams. The role emphasizes hands-on RPA work with UiPath and Power Automate, plus scripting in Python/.NET

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development
• Hands-on experience with leading RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate)
• General Programming/scripting experience (Python, .NET, or similar)
• Ability to analyze business processes and design scalable automation solutions
• Experience with API integrations and working with structured/unstructured data
• Strong debugging, testing, and optimization skills within RPA environments
• Experience working in financial services environments, preferably banking
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows (document processing, NLP, computer vision, etc.)
• Exposure to automations in AI capabilities in UiPath or Copilot studio or Power Automate or Appian
• Knowledge of OCR and intelligent document processing tools
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in regulated environments
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or contributing to automation COEs
