We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team, with a strong focus on UiPath and automation solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, guide, and deliver end-to-end automation and AI-enabled solutions.

This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and pre-sales, ensuring that proposed solutions are both technically sound and executable in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, aligned with business and technical requirements
Define architecture, standards, and reusable frameworks for automation and AI-enabled solutions
Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans
Lead the lifecycle of solutions from discovery through design, development, testing, and deployment
Provide technical oversight to development teams, including guidance and code reviews
Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, client presentations, and proposal input
Contribute to shaping new opportunities by aligning solutions with client needs
Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and innovation across automation solutions

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath as a developer
2+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role within RPA or automation
Strong understanding of automation architecture, including UiPath best practices and framework design
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions
Ability to translate business requirements into structured, practical technical solutions
Experience working in client-facing environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience providing technical guidance or oversight to development teams
