Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental division. The route involves driving a truck along an established path to service and sell uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services to an existing customer base.

The role emphasizes a 4-Day workweek in many cases, with no nights or weekends for the majority of shifts, and includes a solid base salary plus commission potential and incentive programs

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must meet Provincial driving requirements and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to upsell additional products.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
