Job summary

FedEx Canada in Nisku is seeking a part-time Courier to provide courteous pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. You will check all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and perform related customer service functions.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/educational equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.
