Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a part-time driver on an interview position to support pick-up and delivery on assigned routes in Northwestern Ontario. Responsibilities include ensuring shipments meet FedEx Canada service standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and can lift 70 lbs and handle up to 150 lbs. Prior customer service experience and schedule flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing business experience preferred.
• Must pass mandatory driver assessment.
• Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Multitask and work well under pressure.
• Flexible to work different schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service features.
• Provide related customer service support.
