Cintas Corporation is offering a Management Trainee program in Calgary. You will rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives and gain hands-on experience in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.

The program prepares you for future career advancement and involves collaboration with experienced managers. Ideal candidates will have or will obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months, with preferred co-op or internship experience

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Comfort with outside sales and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
