Sun Life Financial is offering a two-year rotational development program for new graduates in Montreal. You will rotate through Group Underwriter and Service Specialist roles, meeting with clients, advisors and internal teams to build strong relationships and deepen knowledge of Sun Life's group benefits solutions.

You will learn from leaders, work in a hybrid environment with flexible options, and progress toward a future Account Executive role within a forward‑looking financial services

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills and comfort with numbers.
• Bilingual in French and English is required for Quebec postings.
• Active involvement in academics and extra-curricular activities is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives in managing a portfolio across Canada and Quebec.
• Support client and advisor relationships and contribute to the group benefits program knowledge.
