Pickering Casino Resort is seeking 2 Part-time Hotel Room Attendants! Under the general direction of the Hotel Housekeeping Manager, the Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining an exceptionally clean and inviting environment for our hotel guests and responding to specific room supply requests in a timely manner. They must always adhere to policies, procedures, quality standards, and services established by the management team for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned.
2. Complete fourteen (14) credits of cleaning per shift.
3. Report any damage or inefficiencies to management before releasing a room for occupancy.
4. Respond courteously and promptly to guest questions and requests for supplies.
5. Operate cleaning equipment safely, following all procedures.
6. Maintain cleanliness of assigned common areas.
7. Ensure inventory of guest room products is updated before releasing the room.
8. Clean other hotel areas when requested by management.
9. Comply with health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 11.5 kg (25 lbs).
