Job summary

Accent Inns in Kamloops, BC is hiring a Part-Time Room Attendant. You will prepare guest rooms to sparkling standards, stock supplies, and support housekeeping operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

You’ll maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, load and organize your cart, report maintenance issues promptly, and collaborate with teammates to keep common areas tidy. Flexible shifts include weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with competitive CAD hourly wages and benefits such as

Qualifications

• Must have flexible availability; shifts end by 5:30pm per ad.
• Fun-loving nature and a daily routine mindset.
• Strong eye for dirt and dust and a neat, orderly workspace.
• Housekeeping experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and stock housekeeping cart with daily supplies.
• Clean, sanitize, dust, and vacuum guest rooms until they sparkle.
• Restock bathrooms and kitchens with supplies and linens.
• Report maintenance issues promptly when found.

Kamloops, BC Part-time $18.75-$19.75/hour

What You Do

• You embody our four Core Values everyday bringing your positive self to make your fellow employees and guests days brighter.
• You are our room genie. You methodically load your housekeeping cart with the supplies you need each day, everything has a place.
• You magically scrub, sanitize, dust and vacuum our guest rooms until they sparkle. You straighten, move, close and arrange everything in the room into its perfect spot.
• You make sure everything in the room is working as it should and if not, you quickly report any issues that need maintenance attention or repair.
• You are a marvel at bed making and meticulously restock every guest room with supplies for every bathroom and kitchen.

What You Need

• Must have flexible availability (shifts on weekdays, weekends, holidays etc) - all shifts end by 5:30pm
• Fun loving nature
• Spidey sense on dirt and dust spotting
• An obsession for neatness and cleanliness
• Able to work happily on your own
• A love for a daily routine and staying active
• Able bodied and capable of lifting, carrying and pushing heavy loads
• Housekeeping experience preferred, but we will train the right person
