Prestige Kamloops Hotel is seeking an on-site housekeeping team member to keep guest areas clean and well-maintained. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; this is a full-time position with health benefits and a supportive team environment. You will work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, drapery and upholstery
• Make beds and change sheets
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Clean and disinfect elevators
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items
• Provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
