Job summary

Diamond Resorts Canada Ltd. is seeking a hotel housekeeping attendant to perform a range of cleaning duties at the Whistler location. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, on-site work, and a willingness to work flexible hours. Staff accommodation is available for employees.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Stock linen closet.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Clean and disinfect elevators.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
• Provide basic information on facilities.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
• Clean changing rooms and showers.
