Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms and public areas.

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and bathrooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures

Qualifications
