Job summary

Hotel Zed Tofino is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to keep guest rooms spotless and comfortable, contributing to our rebellious, family-friendly team. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment on Vancouver Island, with on-site accommodation options and a supportive culture.

You’ll load and stock your cart, clean, sanitize, and arrange rooms to the highest standards, while embracing our core values of Be Real, Have Fun, Make Everything Better, and Have Each Other's Backs.

Qualifications

• Available to start in mid-September.
• Fun loving nature.
• Spidey sense for stains and tears.
• An eagle eye for details.
• Able to happily work on your own.
• Value a daily routine and a physical job.
• Able bodied and capable of lifting and pushing heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable.
• Load housekeeping cart with supplies needed each day.
• Scrub, sanitize, dust and vacuum guest rooms until they sparkle.
• Straighten, move, close and arrange items in the room to its perfect spot.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Restock every guest room with supplies for bathrooms and kitchens.

• You are our room genie. You methodically load your housekeeping cart with the supplies you need each day, everything has a place.
• You magically scrub, sanitize, dust and vacuum our guest rooms until they sparkle. You straighten, move, close and arrange everything in the room into its perfect spot.
• You make sure everything in the room is working as it should and if not, you quickly report any issues that need maintenance attention or repair.
• You are a marvel at bed making and meticulously restock every guest room with supplies for every bathroom and kitchen.
