Northern Rockies Lodge Ltd in Muncho Lake, BC invites applications for a Room attendant. This permanent, full-time role offers varied day shifts and requires self-motivation and good interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible and work at a remote location.

The position includes cleaning duties, guest service, and maintaining rooms to high standards. English fluency and reliability are essential; previous experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

• Dust furniture.
• Hand out clean towels and toiletries.
• Respond to guests’ requests for supplies or other items.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Provide basic facility information.
• Clean changing rooms and showers.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

• The candidate will be required to address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• The candidate will be in charge of cleaning the walls, windows, and ceiling.
• The candidate will be required to vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate will be in charge of stocking the linen closet.
• The candidate will be required to pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate will be in charge of dealing with and reporting lost and found items.
• The candidate will be in charge of dusting the furniture.
• The candidates will be in charge of handing out clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate will be in charge of responding to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.
• The candidate will be expected to make beds and change sheets.
• The candidate will be required to provide basic facility information.
• The candidate will be expected to clean changing rooms and showers.
• The candidate will be in charge of sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
