WHO are we looking for?

We are seeking friendly and efficient Room Attendants, responsible for the daily cleaning of guest rooms. Your work ensures our guests find a spotless, welcoming space, significantly impacting their experience and satisfaction, encouraging them to return.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing the highest quality of service to guests and fellow associates at all times.
2. Ensuring guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs.
3. Checking fixtures, television, radio, and heating/cooling equipment for proper operation.
4. Performing daily cleaning duties, including changing bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads, and shower curtains.
5. Cleaning, organizing, and restocking the cart at the end of each day.
6. Maintaining work cart, tools, and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
7. Reporting service discrepancies, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
8. Following all safety and security policies, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
9. Having previous cleaning experience in a similar setting is preferred.
10. Possessing good communication skills and proficiency in English.
11. Maintaining a positive attitude and prioritizing guest satisfaction.
12. Working with various chemicals and cleaning supplies safely, understanding WHMIS standards.
13. Being flexible to work different shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
14. Being physically capable of bending, lifting, pushing, crouching, standing, walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
