Job summary

Germain Hôtels is seeking a meticulous room attendant to maintain guest rooms to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced team, ensuring cleanliness and comfort for guests.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays. Previous housekeeping experience is an asset; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain and clean rooms with respect and care.
• Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared in accordance with established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond with care and attention to guests' requests and contribute, through your individuality and creativity, to constantly improving their experience.

WHAT WE HOPE YOU CAN BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for long periods
• Respect for privacy, discretion, sharp eye and very high attention to detail
• Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays
