As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

The Room Attendant reports to the General Manager, Executive Housekeeper, and Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

• Prepare the supplies and equipment required to clean assigned guest rooms and areas.

• Prepare guest rooms for cleaning.

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including:

  • changing bed linens and making beds;

  • dusting furniture;

  • vacuuming carpets, rugs, curtains, and upholstered furniture;

  • cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and floors;

  • emptying trash bins;

  • inspecting furniture and equipment for damage;

  • replenishing guest amenities and toiletries.

• Inspect vacant, cleaned rooms to ensure they meet the hotel's quality standards.

• Report any maintenance issues or irregularities regarding the condition of guest rooms.
