Job summary

North OKGN Construction Ltd in Vernon, BC, is seeking an experienced Residential Roofing Foreman to lead on-site crews for residential projects. You will supervise daily operations, enforce safety, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with project managers and clients.

The role demands strong leadership, roofing expertise, and the ability to work in diverse weather. CAD 35–40 per hour, full-time, with benefits including company vehicle and tablet for job documentation.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in residential roofing is required.
Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
Knowledge of roofing systems (shingles, metal, etc.) and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead roofing crews on residential job sites.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics.
Perform quality control checks throughout the project.
Maintain daily job reports and communicate progress to management.
Enforce company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Train and mentor crew members as needed.

The Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, maintain high-quality workmanship, and coordinate effectively with project managers and clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, roofing expertise, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Wage & Compensation

CAD $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
