Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofer to install, repair, or replace four and/or single-ply commercial roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic compositions on industrial, institutional and commercial buildings.

Daily responsibilities include installing or replacing TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofs; installing vapor barriers and insulation on roof decks; and sealing seams.

• Install vapor barriers and/or insulation on roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams
• Cut roofing paper to size using knives; nail or staple roofing paper to roofs in overlapping strips to form bases for other materials
