Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking QA professionals with strong experience in functional testing, SQL data validations and Salesforce testing to support our clients in Toronto. The role emphasizes testing strategy, data integrity, and agile collaboration with stakeholders.

Candidate should have hands-on experience with API testing, automation awareness, and defect tracking using Jira/Confluence. Strong communication and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional testing of web/mobile apps and testing strategies.
• Strong SQL experience with complex queries and data validation.
• Experience with Salesforce testing across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in API and data testing, test data setup, and Oracle/SQL databases.
• Good communication, proactive, able to work independently within QA processes and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design test cases and test plans for web and mobile apps.
• Execute QA test strategies and testing artifacts, and track results.
• Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and project teams to raise risks promptly.
• Work in an Agile environment and use QA tools like Jira and Confluence.

Job Description :-

Functional testing with experience in analyzing requirements, writing and executing test cases, testing strategy of web application, etc.

Experienced in scripting/running queries – SQL (mist important)

Experience in Salesforce, web application and mobile app testing

Experience in API and Data testing

Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up test data, SQL queries & Oracle DB.

Very good Communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked as individual contributor

Wealth and Asset management domain knowledge

Strong experience with minimum senior yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing artifacts, QA best practices

Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations for improvement

Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business, Vendors and raising timely risks/reporting

Experience in working on agile methodology

Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence

Good to have experience in Salesforce Sales, Service & marketing Cloud, Classic & Lightening Salesforce
