Your New Role

Located in Woodstock, IL, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Organizing inventory, ordering parts, and managing warranty claims

  • Performing routine maintenance and detailed inspections of robotic mowers

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues

  • Repairing or replacing malfunctioning parts and systems

  • Communicating with technical support to coordinate complex repairs

  • Accurately logging work, tracking parts, and maintaining warranty data

  • Using hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams

  • Preparing repair cost estimates and documentation

  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related skilled trade is preferred

  • Basic electrical knowledge

  • Experience with hand tools, voltage meters

  • Computer competency (logging parts, communicating with tech support, updating service logs)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently without constant supervision

  • Clean background check (no criminal record)
