As a Road Logistics Operations Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of our national overland operations. You’ll manage planning and dispatch activities, coordinate with carriers, and ensure our customers receive best-in-class service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving logistical puzzles with precision and care.

How you create impact
  • Review and process client shipment requests via online systems, email, and centralized dispatch tools
  • Enter and manage orders in our Transportation Management System (TMS) with high accuracy
  • Tender shipments to approved carriers and monitor progress through to delivery
  • Maintain real-time tracking and tracing updates in the system
  • Provide Proof of Delivery (POD) documents when required
  • Engage with carriers to ensure optimal service levels and competitive rates
  • Administer carrier pre-qualification and compliance processes
  • Investigate and resolve service issues and customer complaints
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Care teams to meet and exceed client expectations

What we would like you to bring
  • Degree in International Business, Logistics, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding or transportation, including Canada/U.S. trans-border movements
  • 2+ years in freight procurement
  • Strong knowledge of road freight operations, pricing, and carrier networks
  • Diploma or degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Professional accreditation (CIFFA, CITT, P.Log) is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
