You will plan field operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with Road Superintendent to adapt to weather, incidents, and priorities. The role is outdoors, labor-intensive, and union-affiliated.
Experience at MO4 level or supervisory is valued; a Class 3 with Air Brake, WSIB safety knowledge, and strong communication are essential.

Emil Anderson Maintenance (EAM) is the BC Ministry of Transportation and Transit (MoTT) highway and bridge maintenance contractor for three service areas in British Columbia: Service Area 7 (Fraser Valley), Service Area 20 (Robson), and Service Area 26 (Skeena).
For decades, EAM has delivered reliable road and bridge maintenance across urban and rural corridors. Our teams perform the full scope of highway maintenance activities, including vegetation control, drainage, sign and pavement repairs, concrete and wood bridge repair, gravel surface grading, anti‑icing, snow plowing, and incident and emergency response. Based out of regional offices and yards, our skilled year‑round workforce scales up during winter operations to meet seasonal demands and maintain prescribed response times on numbered routes.
