Job summary

Interior Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to join our MHSU Intensive Case Management team in Osoyoos, BC. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure access to timely, evidence-based treatment and supports across the continuum of services.

You will provide assessment, treatment, case management, and community supports, with opportunities to deliver urgent responses when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years’ recent MHSU experience in the assigned clinical area(s) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
• Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

Responsibilities

• Functions as a member of the Hospitals & Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) or Tertiary Mental Health Services multi-disciplinary care team.
• Provides assessment, treatment, case management, community support, and urgent response to clients.
• Functions as a primary clinician utilizing a variety of specialized treatment modalities/therapies for individuals, groups, and families.
