Right at Home Niagara is seeking a skilled Infusion Nurse to join our team delivering in-home care across the Niagara region. You will provide safe, client-centred infusion therapy in LTC or retirement settings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess needs and administer treatments.

Responsibilities include monitoring responses, educating clients and caregivers, and maintaining precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing degree or practical nursing diploma program.
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Minimum of 1-year experience (preferred).
