Job summary

Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2E Respiratory Long Term Vent unit. The role involves delivering professional nursing care to patients with complex needs and coordinating with the care team to ensure smooth discharge planning.

The successful candidate will hold a Graduate Nurse credential with CRNM registration and may have specialty training in the assigned area. BLS/CPR and adherence to RHPA guidance are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved education program and active CRNM registration (or eligible).
• Specialty training in the clinical area or willingness to complete within defined period.
• CNA certification in a specialty related to the assigned clinical area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional registered nursing care for patients/residents/clients with complex needs.
• Lead within the interdisciplinary health care team and coordinate patient care.
• Support discharge planning and ongoing professional development.
