Job summary

Headwaters Health Care Centre in Ontario seeks a Registered Nurse for a 12-month temporary full-time position in the Medical/Surgical Float Pool. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care per CNO standards and facility protocols, while coordinating care across departments and supporting patient transfers.

Requirements include current RN licensure with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Diploma in Nursing at minimum, and active BLS; BScN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• BScN preferred; minimum Diploma in Nursing.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and specialized nursing duties in Medical/Surgical Float Pool.
• Work across multiple departments and support patient transfers.

Skills

BLS certified

ACLS certified

Telemetry experience

Cardiac rhythm monitoring

Multi-department transfers

Clinical nursing experience

Education

Diploma in Nursing
