Interior Health is seeking a permanent part-time Long-term Care Coordinator in Clearwater, BC at Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital. The role requires an RN with long-term care experience and supervisory skills to coordinate daily operations and support staff and patient families.

You will work Tue-Fri, 08:30 to 16:30, with a focus on quality care, inter-disciplinary collaboration, and staff development within a patient-centered model.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with BC license or eligibility
• Clinical background in long-term care
• Supervisory and teaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations in designated clinical areas
• Support seamless movement of individuals through the healthcare system
• Provide guidance to staff on clinical decisions and education for families
