Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver primary health care nursing services at La Loche Health Centre. The role operates days, full-time with 1.0 FTE and a 28-shift rotation every 6 weeks.

Responsibilities include client care within SHA, collaboration with the health team, and adherence to the nursing process with evidence-based practice. Requires CRNS, BCLS, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
• A minimum of two years' recent related nursing experience is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• CRNS membership.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Knowledge in nursing process.
• Ability to initiate critical thinking and decision-making.
• Ability to promote effective relationships within SHA and the community.
• Effective communication skills and ability to relate to all individuals.
• Uses independent judgement based on evidence-based practice.
• Current clinical knowledge across a broad range.
