Revelstoke Mountain Resort is seeking a hands-on Grounds Crew member to help direct guests to parking, perform snow removal, and manage parking equipment. You will also support gondola line control and various other tasks as needed in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada’s largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town.
As part of Grounds Crew, you will direct guests to park in and orderly fashion so we can prioritize our parking spaces, shovel loads of snow away from our parking curbs, set up and take down all parking lot equipment like signage and center line ropes, as well as shovel snow in the base area and other areas around the resort. This is a very hands on and ever changing role, which may require you to do lots of different tasks within a day. Running snowblowers, moving signs, using hand tools, and helping guests navigate and utilize our parking lots and base area will be the primary tasks in Grounds Crew. They are expected to provide friendly, professional service, assist guests when needed, and help create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest
