Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an RME Planner to optimize maintenance for material handling equipment. You will work with the EAM team and Reliability Manager to develop maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive and predictive maintenance, KPI data, and RC(M) driven activities.

You will screen work orders, audit equipment, estimate resources, and coordinate proactive maintenance during downtime, helping prevent unplanned downtime and production disruption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
• 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Including Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Travel up to 15% is required

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows.
• Screen EAM work orders and audit equipment to document work requirements and quality.
• Estimate labor hours, materials, tools and equipment for all assigned work orders.
• Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata and spare parts data in EAM/Oracle.
• Manage work orders in the system from creation to closure and track PM plans and routes.
